Famoso Neapolitan Pizzeria

Hi everyone,

       I want to share with you what I did on Friday night to practice my English and have a very good time. After class ended at the University, my husband, Andrew and I decided to go out for dinner because we wanted to share a good moment together before he will travel to Europe. Then, we decided to visit an amazing restaurant named Famoso Neapolitan Pizzeria which is located at Yorkdale Shopping Centre. When we arrived at the restaurant there were many people at the waiting area talking and waiting for a table. We reserved a table for two people and we took seat in the waiting area. While we were waiting at the restaurant, we decided to order two Bud Light beers and we started to talk about our next week. He told me that he is going to have different meetings in Europe this week because he is working in a big project with other researchers in the particle physics detector named LHC, which is located near Geneva. Even though I felt so depressed, I said him that I felt so happy for his next travel. The truth is that I do not like to stay alone at home. The good point is that I am going to stay alone just for one week because he is going to return the next Saturday. After half an hour the waiter guided us through the dining room until our table in the corner of the restaurant. The place was amazing for two main characteristics that I observed.  The first one, Famoso presents the pizzeria as another social dining option available to consumers and neighborhoods. Whether, if you are looking for a casual lunch, a wine-filled evening, or a cappuccino, the pizzeria will provide the atmosphere that you are looking for. The second one, the food is high quality because they care about the method. In Famoso the workers cooked pizza in the same way that the Italians have been doing it for centuries. Then in our table, we decided to order two signature dishes: the Sweet Barbeque Chicken pizza for me; and the Margherite for Andrew; and two bud light beers. Before we started to eat I took different pictures of the dishes to share with you guys. It was a great experience to practice my English, share with Andrew, and knew a different place.

Definitely, I recommend Famoso because the food and drinks were high quality; the friendliness of staff was great, the atmosphere of restaurant unique, and the speed of service reasonable.
