Hi everyone

An effects of Aging on Society

I think there are three effects on society from the elderly population. The first effect, there will be poverty. The poverty will spread when there is more aging in the community because the government will spend more money for them. They need private health care, so the government will lose a lot of their money for aging. In addition, if there are elderly, they will need more care. Subsequently, the government won't develop for society, and they will become poor. The second effect, there isn't justice between generations. When there are a lot of elderly people, the government will take care of them more. Everyone in society needs care, and the government should provide for their needs. Also, it should try to make equal justice between the community. We know the basis of society are young, so the government must keep them. And also, we give them of their needs, such as education, health, and jobs. For example, When we want to open many schools for people, but there are many elderly people. Therefore, we can't do that, but we can change plans for people. Also, we open many hospitals for the elderly because there are many aging in the community. You should take care of most generations. The third effect, there is slow economic growth. When we spend most money for elderly, we will be poor. Also, they try to improve the economy, but they cannot do that because many people are elderly. Therefore, they cannot work, and they don't have a labor force for working. In summary, the effects of aging on society are poverty, justice, and slow economy.

  1. I know this problem about aging. Actually, in my country we also have this problem. The quality of older is increasing, so the government has lots of pressure on this problem. They put forward the laws that control this issue. However, I think that it need a long time to solve this situation.

  2. This problem influences in my country, Japan. We have more elderly people than young people. Therefore, we have to care of elderly people, but there are little people to take care in Japan. I think the Japanese government should establish policies. If they don't establish policies, Japan will be poorer country. I hope my country will be strong. Also, we will want to be proud of Japan.
